**Bonomi** is a Budapest-based startup connecting hospitality service providers with their guests in popular messaging apps.

**Bonomi Assistant** is our multilingual, AI-powered messaging assistant. It starts an automated conversation with your guests and answer frequently asked questions on its own, saving precious time for you and your colleagues. Through conversation it will also help you boost marketing campaigns and automate guest communication and upsell.

**Bonomi Inbox** lets you connect to popular instant messaging apps, that your guests use in their daily routines. Our unified inbox app helps you manage your contacts and conversations from these channels  and lets you and your team respond in a more efficient way.
