We're preparing to release a highly requested set of new features this weekend. This release requires some changes to our infrastructure so you may experience some downtime.
The release will take place on Sunday May 9, 2021 from 01:00pm to 03:00pm / 5:00am to 7:00am (UTC). There may be moments when you cannot log in to the platform but no messages will be lost.
During this time period, there may also be slowdowns or pauses with automated answers as well. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We’re going to be upgrading our infrastructure soon. This means you will not be able to access the platform on February 14, 2021 from 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. (HKT).During the downtime you may experience you may experience message deliverability issue, but no messages will be lost.
