Dashboard

A summary of workforce performance and important key metrics across your space.

Getting here

When you logged into the platform, you will be greeted with the Dashboard screen by default. You can also access this module with the side navigation menu.

From the Dashboard, you will be presented with a suite of cards that give you an overview of your Space's performance and any important tasks at hand.

Stats and Summaries

These cards show key metrics from across your Space

Subscribed Contacts

This shows the number of contacts that have interacted with your space in the past 24 hours. You can change the timeframe by pressing on the dropdown menu on the top right of the card.

At the bottom left of the card, it shows the lifetime total number of subscribed contacts.

Message Count

At the bottom left of the card, it shows the lifetime total number of messages send and received within the space.

Response Time

The Average Response Time indicates the time taken on average for your team to respond to a contact's query.

At the bottom left of the card, you can find the Average First response time. This refers to the average time it takes for your team to respond to the initial chat request from a contact and it changes according to the timeframe chosen.

Resolution Time

The Average Resolution Time refers to the average time your team takes to mark a contact done.

The Longest resolution time refers to the longest length of time to resolve a contact's query and mark them done. This metric will change according to the timeframe chosen.

Action Needed

This card shows a list of outstanding contacts that requires attention from your team.

At the top right of the card, there is a dropdown menu that allows the user to sort and filter the pending contacts depending on the needs.

Charts

These cards display interactive charts that visualize the growth of your Space and the demographics of your contacts.

Hover over the charts to see exact numbers. You may select on the legends tags to filter.

Contacts Chart

Shows the new subscriber distribution over a period of time. You can change the timeframe with the drop-down or hide/show channels by pressing on the legend.

Messages Chart

Shows the Messages sent and received over a period of time. You can change the timeframe with the drop-down or hide options by pressing on the legend.

Gender Distribution Chart

Shows the gender distribution among all your contacts in a pie chart format. "Unknown" is displayed for contacts from channels where gender is not specified and "Other" for other non-binary genders.

You can quickly access the by pressing on the link at the bottom right of the card.

This card displays the total number of messages that have been sent and received by your Space within the past day. Similar to the, you can switch between timeframes by accessing the dropdown menu on the top right corner.

The Action Needed table shows all the conversations currently marked as pending. Press on any contact to start/continue a conversation. Once finished, remember to press the "MARK DONE" button on the to archive it.
