Test your Assistant

Put your Assistant to the test before launching it live.

You can test how your Assistant work before launching it live. To test your Assistant head to your Assistant's profile, and select the Messages tab. There you'll find a "start testing" button. Click on that.

You'll be directed to the dedicated testing page. On the bottom right corner of this page you'll find your Assistant's webchat widget. Click on the widget, and fill out the form, and click on the "Get Started" button to start a conversation.

The webchat functions the same as it will on your website. You can test the previously set automated answers in action. If you're happy, publish your Assistant on your website and add more channels!
