Creating your first Assistant

Launch your Assistant in a few steps!

Your own virtual Assistant will help you and your colleagues by automatically answering your prospects and guests' most frequent questions about your property in all the popular messaging channels.

Creating the Assistant

Step 1: Sign in to the Bonomi App

Navigate to the Bonomi platform and sign in with a user account. If you don't have an account yet, you can create a new one, by signing up.

Step 2: Add a new Assistant

After signing in, you will see your dashboard. Find and click on the blue, Create a new Assistant button.

Step 3: Fill in basic details

Provide some basic information about the property, which you're creating the Assistant.

Step 4: Specify your Assistant's settings

You can set your new Assistant preferences, such as:

  • Languages

  • Conversation Channels

  • Main objectives with the Assistant

Step 5: Submit the details

Click on the Create Assistant button, to finish the setup process. After that, our team will get your Assistant ready to work and you will be notified in an email, once everything is finished.

Setting up automated messages

Once our team has finished setting up your Assistant, you will be notified via email. You will find your Assistant on the Bonomi Dashboard.

Find your Assistant, and click on the "More" button to access the Assistant Profile.

Now that the Assistant is created, setup automated messages and start receiving messages.
