Your Inbox have different Modules, that will help you manage incoming messages and requests.

Allows you and your colleagues to monitor all incoming messages from different channels in a single interface.

It provides a suite of cards that give you an overview of your Space's performance and any important tasks at hand.

In the Contacts Module you will find records of your contacts and their information.

Allows you to create prewritten, "canned" responses to effortlessly reply to frequently asked questions.
